mea44 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and mea44 (hereinafter "mea44", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mea44.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

mea44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them throughout these Terms:

The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on mea44 is 21 years. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their Accounts immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not doing so for the benefit of any third party;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Territory;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of mea44, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such individual;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or self-exclusion obligation that would prohibit your participation;
• Your use of the Platform is legal under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account with mea44 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number;
• Promptly update your Account information if any of the above changes;
• Not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your identity in any manner;
• Register only one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Provide valid Malaysian identification documents (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport) when requested during the KYC process.

mea44 reserves the right to decline any account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to disclose the reason. mea44 may also require additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mea44 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

You agree to:

• Not disclose your password or login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• Immediately notify mea44 Customer Support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not use another person's Account without their express written permission;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

mea44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, except where such loss is directly attributable to negligence on mea44's part.

mea44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrencies (BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your name;
• The funds being deposited are not the proceeds of illegal activity;
• You are not making deposits on behalf of any third party;
• You are not using any chargeback-enabled payment method with the intention to initiate a dispute after withdrawing winnings.

mea44 applies a minimum deposit of RM30 for standard deposit methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. Deposits that trigger AML alerts may be held for review, and the Player may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following general conditions. Players must have completed KYC verification prior to submitting any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier (Bronze, Silver, and Gold players have different limits as described in the Loyalty Programme terms);
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are typically processed within the same business day;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 10–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions;
• mea44 may request additional verification documents at its discretion before approving any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the Player has active fraud alerts, pending bonus conditions, or unresolved account disputes.

mea44 reserves the right to impose a 3-business-day processing period on any withdrawal request where enhanced due diligence is required. Players will be notified of any such hold via email or in-platform notification.

mea44 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms which are published at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between individual bonus terms and these general Terms, the individual bonus terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x). Players must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount through eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round is typically RM250 to RM500 (exact limit stated in the individual offer). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated;
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific game exclusions may apply;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance) will be automatically removed from the Player's Account along with any associated winnings;
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit will be stated in the individual offer terms;
• Bonus Abuse: mea44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence of systematic abuse of promotional offers including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion between Accounts.

mea44 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by changes made after the point of claim, provided no breach of terms has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mea44 reserves the right to take immediate action, including permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, upon detection of any prohibited conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or account information;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through agents or proxies;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, malfunctions, or bugs in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be honoured;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent Platform rules;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity using the Platform;
• Placing bets designed to trigger bonuses without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse or bonus hunting);
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or operating an Account on behalf of another person.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, interface design, trademarks, and service marks (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of mea44 or its licenced content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without mea44's prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or code used on the Platform;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or server;
• Using mea44's trademarks or branding without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mea44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, including progressive jackpot results or live dealer game decisions;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Gambling losses incurred in connection with any bonus or promotion;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Malaysian banks and e-wallet operators.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mea44's liability for death or personal injury caused by mea44's gross negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

mea44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of our operation. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic and cause harm. We have implemented the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary restriction on their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves permanently from the Platform may contact Customer Support to initiate a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period and cannot be reversed upon request.

mea44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where mea44 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is suspected of being associated with fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• The Player's continued use of the Platform creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to mea44;
• A self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction has been invoked by or on behalf of the Player.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, mea44 may forfeit any Bonus balances and any winnings derived from the use of Bonus funds where a breach of terms has occurred. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to an AML hold will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

mea44 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The revised Terms will state the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mea44 holds its international online gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and mea44 relating to any matter covered by these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority in mea44's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mea44 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
